  • We strive to display product colors and details accurately, but actual colors may vary due to screen settings.

3. Orders & Payment

  • All orders are processed through secure payment providers. We do not store credit card information.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order suspected of fraud or misuse.
  • Orders cannot be modified after 12 hours of purchase, as production begins immediately.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping times are estimated and may be affected by factors outside our control (e.g., carrier delays, customs processing).
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Incorrect addresses may result in additional fees for reshipment.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the print-on-demand nature of our products, all sales are final.
  • We only offer refunds or replacements for defective, misprinted, or incorrect items.
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with supporting photos.
