Refund & Return Policy

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase! If you're not satisfied with your order, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Returns and exchanges are only accepted for defective, misprinted, or incorrect items due to our error.
  • Because all items are made-to-order through print-on-demand, we do not offer returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or incorrect size selection. Please refer to our size guide before purchasing.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at JTClothingCo2021@gmail.com with:

  1. Your order number
  2. Photos of the damaged or incorrect product

Once verified, we will offer a replacement or store credit at no additional cost.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued for:

  • Orders canceled within 12 hours of purchase (before production begins)
  • Orders lost in transit (verified by tracking information)

Refunds are not available for delays in shipping, as these are outside our control.
