Processing & Production Times

Since we use a print-on-demand service, all items are made-to-order. Processing time is typically 3-7 business days before shipment.

Shipping Times

Shipping times vary depending on location:

• U.S. Orders: 5-10 business days
• International Orders: 10-20 business days

Please note that shipping times may be affected by holidays, customs delays, or carrier issues beyond our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Lost or Delayed Packages

• If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please check with neighbors or your local post office before contacting us.
• If an order is lost in transit (no tracking updates for 30+ days), we will offer a replacement or store credit after verifying with the shipping carrier.

International Shipping & Customs

Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties imposed by their country.
